Pink Kross are probably unique in that they haven’t, until today, appeared in this, the longest running series on the blog, but they have been the subject of a tremendously entertaining and informative ICA.
It was the work of flimflamfan, and appeared in October 2021 (ICA#297). The 17 songs offered up were my introduction to a band that had been part of the scene in Glasgow in the second half of the 90s.

It was originally released on the Abomination EP in 1995, and was one of sixty-seven songs included on Something For The Longing (Scottish Independent Pop 1985 – 1999), a 3xCD box set issued earlier this year by Cherry Red Records. It’s a box set that’s given me some more names to keep this series running a wee bit longer!!
