Side 1, Track 1 of Café Bleu, the debut album from The Style Council, released in March 1984. It was a bit of a curveball to open with this jaunty instrumental, in which Paul Weller‘s only contribution is via handclaps. It turned out to be one of three instrumentals across the opening fours songs…..The Jam it most certainly wasn’t.
