This is from Switch, a short-lived weekly music show on Channel 4 that ran between 24 March and 2 September 1983. There’s actually a fair chance a few clips from the 24 episodes of the programme will feature across this series.
There’s a few versions of this clip posted to YouTube, and I’ve lifted this one from ORBI 609, to whom I give a huge thanks.
I’ve got this on a VHS tape somewhere in a box in storage space here in Villain Towers. It’s a clip I played over and over and over again back in the day. It was followed immediately by a live performance of Blue Monday.
